RETURNS
As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt.
This offer excludes all personalised items. These can NOT be returned.
For personalised items which are damaged or lost in transit, we ONLY offer replacement items. NO REFUNDS.
If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund excluding postage and packing.
